I ordered something and later realized there was some state restriction stuff I hadn’t really paid attention to. opticsplanet caught it fast and actually explained what could and couldn’t be shipped, instead of just Doing the usual cancel-and-leave-you-guessing thing.

It was a little frustrating on my side, not gonna lie, but they were fair about it and the refund/change process was easy. i appreciated that they followed the rules but didn’t make the whole thing a hassle.
